This may be in part due to the tourism that his buildings attract every year making his works the most famous architectual builidings in Spain. Almost every tourist has seen La Pedrera (also known as casa miló), Parc Guell, and the Sagrada Familia, the famous church that is still not finished. Aside from all these famous works that receive more than a million visitors each year there are some other hidden gems in the city of Barcelona that Gaudí produced. Before talking about his less famous works here is a small story of how his live ended.
